Oister Global to launch Rs.500-Cr 3rd secondaries fund
Gurugram-based Oister Global , a secondary-focused firm, is preparing to launch its third fund with a target corpus of INR 500 crore. This follows the firm's first fund of approximately INR 300 crore and a second fund of INR 400 crore.Oister Global , which operates as an Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), purchases shares from early investors in private companies and also utilizes its balance sheet for direct investments alongside co-investments from limited partners.The firm aims to launch 1-2 funds annually, seeking to expand its average ticket size to INR 70-100 crore and pursue follow-on rounds in its portfolio companies.
