Olympus Capital Asia divests 9% stake in Aster DM Healthcare for Rs.1,530-Cr

Private Equity firm Olympus Capital Asia has sold a 9% stake in Aster DM Healthcare for INR 1,530 crore through open market transactions.Olympus Capital Asia, through Olympus Capital Asia Investments Ltd, offloaded 4.50 crore shares in the price range of INR 340-340.13 apiece, taking the transaction value to INR 1,530.08 crore in two tranches.

Olympus Capital had invested in Aster DM between Jan-12 and Feb-18. The company went public in Feb 2018. Olympus had made a part-exit in Mar 2024 when it sold shares worth INR 1978.35 Cr.
