Oman India Fund sells shares worth Rs.75-Cr in jewellery retailer Senco Gold
Oman India Joint Investment Fund II has divested shares in Kolkata-based jewellery retailer Senco Gold worth over INR 75.52 crore (5.89 lakh shares, representing a 0.76% stake) through an open market transaction.The shares were sold at an average price of INR 1,280.16 each. Following this sale, the fund's stake in Senco Gold decreased from 2.03% to 1.27%.
Between Oct 2014 and Apr 2022, Senco Gold had raised over USD 22.93 M from Oman India Joint Investment Fund and Elevation Capital.
