Omnivore pays Rs.15-L to settle case over alleged delay in winding up of VC fund
Omnivore India Capital Trust and Omnivore Capital Management Advisors have settled a case with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) pertaining to alleged delay in winding up the venture capital fund on payment of INR 14.62 lakh.The case relates to an alleged delay in winding up the venture capital fund, Omnivore India Capital Trust, which was registered with the SEBI in June 2011.
