One Prastha Realty raises Rs.80-Cr from Capri Global
Gurugram-based developer One Prastha Realty has raised INR 80 crore from Capri Global. The funding will support the development of its flagship 57-acre integrated township project in Sonipat. The firm is in talks to acquire multiple land parcels at micro-markets in Haryana.Founded in 2023, the OnePrastha has delivered its first 8.5-acre boutique project and is expanding into farmhouse communities, industrial parks, and high-rise residential formats.
