Online bakery Bakingo raises Rs.100-Cr more from Faering Capital
Gurugram-based Bakingo has raised INR 100 crore in a Series B round from Faering Capital. The firm issued 7,436 preference shares to the investor. This round increases the company’s valuation to INR 1,643 crore. Post investment, Faering Capital holds a 26.31% stake in the business.Founded in 2016 by Himanshu Chawla, Shrey Sehgal, and Suman Patra, Bakingo specializes in cakes and bakery products. The company manages a network of over 100 kitchens and offers a catalogue of more than 400 cake designs.The firm plans to use the proceeds to support business requirements and further growth and expansion initiatives.
Between Nov 2023 and Feb 2025, Bakingo had attracted about USD 16-M from Faering Capital.For FY25, Bakingo had reported about INR 301-Cr in Operating Income and about INR 17-Cr in Net Loss.
