Online classifieds co. Info Edge divests 35% stake in catalogue distributor Wishbook

Online classifieds player Info Edge, which operates Naukri.com, 99acres.com and Jeevansathi.com, has completed its 34.93% stake sale in Surat-based Wishbook Infoservices Pvt Ltd, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Startup Investments (Holding) Ltd (SIHL).Founded in 2016 by Arvind Saraf, an IIT alumnus, Wishbook is a B2B (business-to-business) startup providing catalogue distribution services to manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers, enabling them to access product and sales information.

Between Jul 2017 and Feb 2019, Wishbook had raised over USD 0.84 M from Info Edge.
