OrbiMed sells biotech co Advanced Enzyme’s shares worth Rs.426-Cr
Orbimed Asia III Mauritius, an unit of US-headquartered healthcare focused PE investment firm Orbimd, has sold 1.1 crore shares in publicly listed Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd (representing 9.88% equity stake) at INR 385 apiece via a block deal on the NSE. The aggregate deal value stands at INR 425.5 crore. The shares were acquired by Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.
