Jaipur-based organic food ingredients seller Samasta Foods has raised INR 1.51 crore in equity funding along with a debt funding of INR 3.75 crore from SIDBI, at INR 151 crore enterprise valuation.The fresh funds will be used by the company for the expansion of its production capacity and product categories, scaling up exports across global markets, and obtaining international food safety certificates.Founded in 2021 by Sushant Kalra, Samasta Foods sells organic pulses, spices, flours, dry fruits, and oils.
For FY24, Samasta Foods had reported about INR 16 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1 Cr in Net Loss.
