Orthopaedic devices maker Tynor Orthotics raises $200-M from Kedaara Capital

Mohali, Punjab-based orthopaedic and rehabilitation solutions provider, Tynor Orthotics , has raised USD 200 million from Kedaara Capital.Promoted by PJ Singh and AJ Singh in 1993, Tynor Orthotics manufactures orthopaedic supports, mobility aids, and rehabilitation products. The company operates three manufacturing facilities covering 6.5 lakh sq ft and distributes its products through 300,000 retail outlets and 8,000 hospitals across 60 countries.The company plans to use the new capital to build an orthopaedics-focused wellness platform, expand its presence in India and international markets, and invest in its manufacturing capabilities.
In Jun 2018, Tynor Orthotics had attracted about USD 21 M from Lighthouse, and others.For FY25, Tynor Orthotics had reported about INR 465 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 82 Cr in PAT.
