Overseas healthcare jobs enabler TERN Group raises $24-M
Delhi- and London-based recruitment platform for international healthcare jobs TERN Group has raised USD 24 million in a Series A funding round led by UK-based Notion Capital with participation from RTP Global, LocalGlobe, EQ2 Ventures, and India-focused Leo Capital. Existing investors in TERN , including Presight and senior healthcare and insurance industry executives, also participated in the round, taking the company’s total funding to USD 33 million.The new funds will be used to expand into newer geographies, further invest in AI, and scale training and operations.Founded in 2023 by Avinav Nigam and Krishna Ramkumar, TERN Group focuses on recruitment of healthcare professionals for international markets, particularly Europe and the Middle East. The firm claims to work with state governments, the National Skill Development Corporation, and the Trained Nurses' Association of India to ensure large-scale training and compliance.
