Oyo Assets raises Rs.50-Cr from InCred & Analah-led consortium

Diversified financial services group InCred and investment firm Analah have led a consortium of investors in an INR 50 crore funding round for Delhi-headquartered Sunday PropTech Ltd (Oyo Assets).Sunday PropTech acquires and develops hotels in India across premium and mid-premium segments. These hotels will be operated under Oyo’s parent firm PRISM’s brands, such as Sunday Hotels, Palette Hotels, Townhouse and others.PRISM’s company-serviced hotel portfolio in India spans over 1,300 hotels. With Sunday PropTech, PRISM plans to accelerate expansion, including the launch of 40 new 4- and 5-star Sunday Hotels in India and elsewhere in FY26.
