Packaged foods brand Wingreens Farms to raise $4.3 M from S Gupta Family, others

Packaged food brand Wingreens Farms is to raise USD 4.3 million (INR 36.2 Cr) from over a dozen investors. It is allotting 9.57 Lakh (9,57,216) compulsory convertible debentures (CCDs) to S Gupta Family Investments, Saket Agarwal, Reena Singhal, Sanjeev Agarwal, among others. The CCDs will be converted into Series C9 cumulative convertible preference shares (CCPS) in a 1:1 ratio.Founded in 2011, Wingreens Farms sells packaged foods like healthy snacks, sauces, dips, breakfast cereals, non-dairy milk, and protein shakes. It had also acquired brands like juices brand Raw Pressery and dips brand Saucery.

Between Sep 2015 and Nov 2022, Wingreens Farms had raised over USD 48 million from Peak XV Partners, Omidyar Network, InvestCorp Group, Anicut Capital, Saama Capital, FidelisWorld, DSG Consumer Partners and responsAbility.
