Paradigm Realty raises Rs.100-Cr from Arnya Real Estates Fund for Mumbai project
Mumbai-based Paradigm Realty has raised INR 100 crore from Arnya Real Estates Fund for its flagship residential development, 71 Midtown. The funds will be used for the completion of phase 1 and phase 2 of the project.Located near Sindhi Society in Chembur, the project is a 4.5-acre gated community featuring 1- and 2-BHK apartments, located at about 10 minutes from the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).Paradigm Realty has completed 13 projects over the last 11 years, delivering 3.6 million sq. ft. and serving more than 3,100 families. The company currently has six ongoing developments totalling 4 million sq. ft. under construction.
