Salesforce Ventures, the venture capital arm of the US-based customer relationship management SaaS firm, has invested in bangalore-based unicorn payment solutions provider Razorpay. The deal values Razorpay at more than USD 3 billion.
Razorpay offers payment and business banking solutions to help enterprises with their financial infrastructure and money flow. In April, RazorPay had raised a USD 160 million Series E round led by Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC with participation from existing investors Sequoia Capital India, Ribbit Capital and Matrix Partners India.
