Payments infra provider Juspay raises $50-M from WestBridge Capital at $1.2 B valuation

Bengaluru-based payments infrastructure provider Juspay has raised USD 50 million in a Series D follow-on investment from WestBridge Capital. The transaction, which included both primary and secondary investments, valued the company at USD 1.2 Billion and provided liquidity to early investors and employees.Founded in 2012, Juspay provides payment infrastructure to enterprises and banks and operates across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Latin America, Europe, the UK, and North America.The new funds will be used to expand the firm’s global footprint and invest in artificial intelligence capabilities to improve internal productivity and merchant experience.

Between Dec 2015 and Apr 2025, Juspay had attracted about USD 157 Accel India, Vostok Emerging Finance, Wellington Management, SoftBank Corp., Avendus, Kedaara Capital and others.For FY24, Juspay had reported about INR 319 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 98 Cr in Net Loss.
