Paytm Cloud to acquire 25% stake in US co. Seven Tech for Rs.8.7 Cr
Fintech firm Paytm's parent company One97 Communications, via Paytm Cloud , a wholly-owned subsidiary, is to acquire a 25% stake in Delaware, (USA)-based Seven Technology, the parent of Brazilian embedded finance startup Dinie for INR 8.70 crore (USD 1 million).The acquisition will allow Paytm to expand its merchant payment and financial services to international markets.Founded in 2018, Dinie provides digital financial services to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) through e-commerce platforms in Brazil.
