PB Health acquires diabetes-focused startup Fitterfly
Gurugram-based PB Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd (PB Health), the healthcare venture of PB Fintech, has acquired Mumbai-based healthtech startup Fitterfly .Founded in 2016 by Arbinder Singal and Shailesh Gupta, Fitterfly provides personalised metabolic health and diabetes management solutions, leveraging data-driven nutrition, fitness, and behavioural coaching.Fitterfly reported a loss of INR 46 crore on a revenue of INR 12 crore in FY24.Fitterfly had raised USD 17 million from investors, including Fireside Ventures, Amazon Sambhav Venture Fund, and 4point0 Health Ventures.
