Peak XV, ChrysCapital sell Awfis shares worth Rs.606-Cr

VC investor Peak XV Partners and PE investor ChrysCapital (via its unit Bisque Limited) have sold off shares of listed co-working space provider Awfis worth INR 606 crore.

Between April 2017 and Oct 2023, Awfis had raised about USD 134 M from Peak XV, ChrysCapital, Havells Family Office, InnoVen Capital and others. The company went public in 2024 as part of which, ChrysCapital and Peak XV had sold shares worth over INR 470 Cr.
