Peak XV exits antivirus s'ware maker Quick Heal; offloads shares worth Rs,43-Cr
Peak XV Partners has exited publicly listed anti-virus software maker Quick Heal Technologies by selling its entire residual 3.37% shareholding for INR 42.86 Cr, via open market transactions. The shares were sold at a price of INR 240 per share.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Aug 2010 and Jan 2011, Quick Heal had raised over USD 13 million from Peak XV Partners. It went public in 2016.
