Peak XV in talks to lead $10-M round in enterprise voice AI startup Ringg
Venture capital firm Peak XV Partners is in talks to lead a USD 10 million funding round in Bengaluru-based enterprise voice AI startup Ringg AI . Capital 2B, backed by InfoEdge and Temasek, is also likely to participate in the financing round. Capital 2B had invested in Ringg AI’s seed round.Ringg AI, founded by Siddharth Shankar Tripathi, Utkarsh Shukla and Kali Charan Vemuru, builds voice AI agents for enterprises. It had raised USD 5.5 million earlier this year in a round led by Arkam Ventures, with participation from Groww Founder Fund, Kunal Shah, Whitecap Ventures and Capital2B.
Between Apr 2025 and Jan 2026, Ringg AI had attracted about $ 7 M from Arkam Ventures, Info Edge, Mehta Equities, White Venture Capital and others.For FY25, Ringg AI had reported about INR 1 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.5 Cr in Net Loss.
