Bangalore-based VC firm Peak XV Partners has invested in San Francisco, CA (USA)-based Pocket ’s USD 11 million funding round led by Accel Partners with participation from other US-based investors Y Combinator and ElevenLabs’ CEO and co-founder Mati Staniszewski.Founded in 2025 by Akshay Narisetti and Gabriel Dymowski, Pocket provides an AI-powered, credit card-sized hardware device that attaches to the back of a user's phone to record and transcribe conversations, meetings, and to-do items. It offers a mobile application that allows users to generate meeting summaries, create mind maps, and use an AI assistant. The company targets various professional groups, including lawyers, medical practitioners, and real estate agents.The company plans to use the new funds to accelerate the development of software integrations and expand its enterprise workflow management features. Pocket offers connectivity with tools including Google Calendar, OneDrive, Google Drive, Obsidian, Claude, and Cursor.
