Peak XV Partners exits Go Fashion by selling shares worth Rs.625-Cr; registers 22.84x return

Peak XV Partners has sold its 10.18% stake in publicly-listed Go Fashion (India) Ltd (which owns women's leggings retail brand Go Colors) for INR 624.73 crore. The sale marks a complete exit for Peak XV with a 22.84x return on its over eight year-old investment.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Dec 2014, Peak XV Partners (then Sequoia Capital India) invested INR 60 Cr in Go. The company went public in Nov 2021, as part of which Sequoia India made a part exit, following it up with another part exit in Dec-22.
