Peak XV raises $1.3 B across three new funds

Bengaluru-based venture capital and growth investing firm Peak XV Partners has raised USD 1.3 Billion across three new independent funds: India Seed, India Venture, and APAC Funds. These are the firm's first independent funds since separating from US-headquartered Sequoia Capital in 2023. The commitments were secured from limited partners including leading non-profit endowments and foundations. The new funds will primarily focus investments on fintech, artificial intelligence (AI) and consumer segments.Following its separation from Sequoia Capital, Peak XV inherited assets totalling USD 9.2 Billion across 13 funds, in addition to USD 2.5 Billion of dry powder. Peak XV Partners realized over INR 2,480 crore in 2025 from public issues of portfolio companies like Groww, Pine Labs, Wakefit, and Urban Company.
