Peak XV sells Digit shares worth Rs.139-Cr
Venture Capital firm Peak XV Partners has offloaded shares worth nearly Rs.139-Cr in the listed general insurance company Go Digit through a block deal. Peak XV Partners sold 5.72 million shares of the company at a price of Rs.243 per share.Founded in 2017 by Kamesh Goyal, Go Digit is a full-stack digital insurance company that offers insurance policies across sectors such as motor vehicle, health, travel, and property.
Peak XV first invested in Digit in May 2022. The company went public in May-2024.
