Peak XV sells shares worth Rs.47.04 Cr in co-working space firm Awfis
Peak XV Partners, through its affiliate entity Peak XV Partners Investment V, has sold 1.2 million shares in co-working space provider Awfis (constituting a 1.7% stake) at INR 245 per share via a bulk deal on the NSE on October 9, fetching INR 29.78 Cr.Peak XV Partners Investment V separately sold 7,04,663 shares (constituting a 1.02% stake) at the same price of INR 245 per share via the BSE, fetching INR 17.26 Cr.
Peak XV Partners first invested in Awfis as part of the Series B round in Apr 2017 and had invested until Series F round in Jun 2023. Other current investors in the company include InnoVen Capital, ChrysCapital, QRG and The Three Sisters.For FY25, Awfis had reported about INR 1,229 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 67 Cr in PAT.
