Perfios acquires fraud detection platform Clari5 maker CustomerXPs

Fintech unicorn Perfios, a provider of software services to banks and other financial services companies, has acquired fellow Bengaluru-based CustomerXPs, which operates fraud detection platform Clari5 , founded by Rivi Varghese who serves as its CEO.Clari5, with its about 200 employees, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perfios, which has around 1,500 employees. The entire Clari5 team will be brought into Perfios.In FY24, CustomerXPs reported a net profit of INR 3.4 crore on revenue of INR 76.5 crore.

In 2011, CustomerXPs/ Clari5 raised around USD 4 million Jafco Asia.
