Perfios to acquire risk mgmt startup Karza Technologies for $73.5 M
Bengaluru-based fintech unicorn Perfios is to acquire Mumbai-based risk management startup Karza Technologies for more than USD 80 million. As part of the deal, Perfios will be acquiring 100% of the existing share capital of Karza for INR 554.5 crore (USD 73.5 million) and make an additional INR 42.4 crore (USD 5.6 million) towards fresh capital infusion.
