Personal lending app Olyv raises Rs.207-Cr in Series C led by Fundamentum
Bengaluru-based personal lending platform Olyv , formerly known as SmartCoin, has raised INR 207 crore (approx. USD 23 million) in its Series C funding round led by Fundamentum Partnership Fund with an investment of INR 120 crore (approximately USD 13.3 million) and SMBC Asia Rising Fund, which participated with INR 87.5 crore.Founded in 2015, Olyv operates as an online lending marketplace via its website and mobile application, connecting borrowers and lenders to offer unsecured digital loans. Its product portfolio focuses on small-ticket personal loans for micro-merchants, self-employed individuals, small retailers, blue- and grey-collar workers, and salaried professionals.
Between Feb 2017 and Apr 2025, Olyv had attracted about USD 38 M from Trifecta Capital, Accion International, India SME Investments, LC Nueva, Lightrock India, Unicorn India Ventures and others.For FY24, Olyv had reported about INR 196 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 13 Cr in PAT.
