Petcare co. Supertails raises $30-M from Venturi Partners

Bengaluru-based petcare startup Supertails has raised USD 30 million in a funding round led by Venturi Partners with participation from Nippon India Alternative Investments, Titan Capital, and existing investors such as Fireside Ventures, RPSG Capital Ventures, Sauce VC, and Saama Capital.Founded in 2021 by Varun Sadana, Aman Tekriwal, and Vineet Khanna, Supertails offers pet supplies, including toys, accessories, and pet food, along with services such as online vet consultation, pet training, and pet pharmacies across India.The company plans to use the new funds to expand clinics and services, develop the veterinary ecosystem, improve personalisation and community support for pet parents, and enhance fulfilment capabilities across cities.

Between Jul 2021 and Feb 2024, Supertails had attracted about USD 28 M from Dominor Investment, DSG Consumer Partners, Fireside Ventures, RPSG Capital Ventures, Saama Capital, Sauce VC and others.For FY25, Supertails had reported about INR 108 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 52 Cr in Net Loss.
