Petcare startup Vetic raises $26 -M led by Bessemer
Gurugram-based Pet Care startup Vetic has raised INR 224 crore (USD 26 million) in a Series C round led by Bessemer Ventures (which invested INR 152 crore) with participation from LGF3 (INR 42.7 crore),JSW Ventures and Acorn. The company will issue 34,746 preference shares at INR 64,517.5 per share. Post allotment, the company is to be valued at INR 960 crore.Founded in 2022 Vetic provides pet healthcare services including diagnostics, super speciality, and grooming facilities. The company has 40+ centres across 11 cities.
In Jun-22, Vetic had attracted angel funding from Maninder Gulati, Utsav Somani, Abhinav Sinha, Abhishek Gupta, Revant Bhate, Ritesh Agarwal, Others
