Pharma co. Sai Parenterals’ Rs.409-Cr IPO fully subscribed

The INR 409-crore initial public offering of Hyderabad-based pharma company Sai Parenterals Ltd fetched an overall subscription of 1.05 times.The qualified institutional buyers' (QIBs) portion saw 1.71 times subscription and non-institutional investors' (NIIs) 2.36 times. However, retail participation remained muted at just 0.12 times. Ahead of the public issue, the company raised over INR 122 crore from anchor investors.Sai Parenterals’ IPO comprises a mix of fresh issue and offer-for-sale (OFS). The fresh issue is worth up to INR 285 crore, while the OFS includes up to 31.57 lakh equity shares being sold by existing shareholders, including Vikasa India EIF I Fund and several others.The price band for the IPO was fixed at INR 372 to INR 392 per share. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue primarily to fund its expansion plans.

In Jun 2025, SAI Parenterals had attracted about USD 6 M from Samarsh Capital, Vyom Partners and Blue Lotus Capital.For FY25, SAI Parenterals had reported about INR 124 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 10 Cr in PAT.
