Pharma major Cipla to acquire 33% in renewables SPV Clean Max Auriga Power for Rs.6-Cr

Mumbai-based, publicly listed pharmaceutical firm Cipla Ltd is to acquire a 33% stake in renewable energy firm Clean Max Auriga Power LLP for INR 6 crore. Clean Max Auriga Power was formed to set up a captive wind and solar renewable power generation plant in Karnataka.
