Phi Capital buys addnl Krsnaa Diagnostics shares worth Rs.7.40 Cr

Phi Capital has bought shares worth of publicly-listed Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd. The purchases, in Dec 2021, will take Phi Capital's holding in the company to 15.50%.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jan 2019, Phi Capital invested INR 100 crore for 23.42% stake Krsnaa. In Aug 2021, the investor sold shares worth INR 152.64 crore as part of the Krsnaa’s IPO.
