Pine Labs in talks to raise $100-M from Falcon Edge; plans IPO in US next year

Online payments and merchant solutions firm Pine Labs is in the final stages of talks to raise USD 100 million from Falcon Edge, after which it will be valued at USD 5-5.5 billion. It is now looking to list in the US by the first half of 2022. Pine Labs' latest fundraise comes after it raised USD 100 million from US-based investment firm Invesco in September. This was preceded by around USD 600 million of funding into the company across two tranches this year.
