Piramal-Bain Capital ARC venture to wind up
Piramal Enterprises Ltd and Bain Capital Credit have surrendered the licence for their asset reconstruction company (ARC), India Resurgence Asset Reconstruction Company, to the Reserve Bank of India. Launched in 2018, the ARC had invested in stressed assets via a mix of debt and equity.
