Playbook Partners raises $130-M to back mid-market cos
Former Reliance Jio executive Vikas Choudhury has raised USD 130 million from domestic and foreign investors for his maiden fund at Playbook Partners, a growth capital firm that typically will invest in profitable, mid-market and tech-enabled startups.Including green shoe option, Playbook Partners expects to raise another USD 120 million from global investors in the US, Middle East, Europe and India.
