Plutus Wealth Mgmt exits Yatharth Hospital; sells 2.9% stake for Rs.101-Cr
Plutus Wealth Management LLP has exited Greater Noida-headquartered Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services by selling its entire 2.91% stake (25 lakh shares) in the company for INR 101 crore through an open market transaction on the BSE.The shares were disposed of at an average price of INR 405.07 apiece, taking the deal size to INR 101.27 crore.
