Post-sales service provider Servify raises $10-M from Bajaj Holdings, Trifecta, Innoven

Mumbai-based post-sales service company Servify has raised INR 84 crore (about USD 10 million) in a Series D round from Bajaj Holdings, Trifecta, and Innoven Capital in a mix of equity and debt. Bajaj Holdings invested INR 34 crore through equity, while Trifecta and Innoven Capital contributed the rest equally through debt financing.Servify would issue 500 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and 1,16,555 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) for INR 84 crore.Servify offers brand-authorised after-sales support for mobile phones, personal gadgets, electronics, and home appliances.The firm posted INR 611 crore in revenue during the fiscal year ending March 2023. Its net losses stood at INR 229 crore in the same period.
