Premji Invest sells PolicyBazaar shares worth Rs.457-Cr

Premji Invest, via PI Opportunities Fund II, has sold 4,643,528 equity shares (1.23% stake) at INR 985.07 per share of Pb Fintech, the publicly listed parent firm of insurtech service Policybazaar, on Feb 2, 2024, through a bulk deal on BSE. The sale aggregates to INR 457.42 crore.

PremjiInvest has been an investor in PolicyBazaar since the company’s Series D round in Mar 2015. It did not exit as part of the company's Nov-21 IPO.
