Prop-tech startup Helium raises Rs.5-Cr from Kunal Shah, Albinder Dhindsa, others
Bengaluru-based real estate rental management company Helium has raised INR 5 crore in its initial funding round from Albinder Dhindsa, co-founder of Blinkit; Kunal Shah, founder of Cred; Zomato co-founders Pankaj Chaddah, Mohit Gupta, Akriti Chopra, and Gunjan Patidar; Uni Cards co-founder Nitin Gupta; LAT Aerospace co-founder Surobhi Das; and Peer Cheque founders Miten Sampat and Aakrit Vaish.Founded in January 2025 by Sahil Ludhani and Ashutosh Tandon, Helium leases homes directly from owners and provides the full security deposit upfront, enabling tenants to rent from its platform with the deposit linked to their credit profile.The new funds will be used for product development and marketing efforts, specifically to enhance its presence in the Whitefield cluster and expand into other micro-markets across Bengaluru.
