Property consultant Anarock to raise $100-M to acquire tech cos in realty, expand biz

Mumbai-based housing brokerage firm Anarock plans to raise around USD 100 million (around INR 750 crore) in equity to acquire proptech startups and expand the business. In January this year, it acquired society and apartment management platform ApnaComplex from Bengaluru-based NestAway Technologies for around INR 100 crore.
