Proptech co Aurum to acquire 49% in realty-focused Integrow Asset Mgmt for Rs.25-Cr
Publicly-listed Aurum Proptech (formerly Majesco Ltd) is to acquire a 49% stake in fellow Mumbai-based Integrow Asset Management, a tech led financial services company that offers investment management services focussed on real estate, for INR 25 crore. Integrow, which did not report any revenues for FY21, will issue equity shares and optionally convertible debentures to Aurum.
