Proptech co. Jugyah gets $1.5 M from White Venture Capital, others
Mumbai-based real estate brokerage Jugyah has raised USD 1.5 million led by White Venture Capital, QED Investors and Godrej Properties with participation from Whiteboard Capital, Singularity Ventures. Other participants in the funding round include Kunal Shah (CRED), Harsh Jain (Dream 11) and Ramakant Sharma (Livspace).Apart from Godrej Properties, the company is also backed by other realty players including Lodha Group and Prestige Group.Jugyah was founded in 2023 by Arshad Balwa and Ansuman Mohanty, and operates a fin-tech enabled real estate brokerage, with an in house mortgage origination arm. With its current funding, the firm hopes to expand across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region before expanding to other cities in the state.
