Proptech firm Aeria attracts $1.8 M led by Kalaari, Foundamental, others
Gurugram-headquartered tenant experience and asset management platform Aeria has raised USD 1.8 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital and Foundamental. AC Ventures, AL Trust, and a few angel investors also joined the round. The company will use the fresh capital to expand its presence across Southeast Asia, Middle East over the next year.Founded by Priyanka Gera and Piyush Kateja, Aeria uses artificial intelligence to digitise commercial office spaces by providing parking management systems, delivery-to-desk services, visitor management solutions and automated complaint resolutions.
