Proptech platform Blox attracts $12-M from CRED's Kunal Shah, others
Mumbai-based real estate buying platform Blox (operated by Method & Madness Pvt Ltd) has raised USD 12 million (INR 100 crore) in a Series A funding round. This funding round was backed by existing investors from Silicon Valley, new strategic investors and angels including Kunal Shah, founder of CRED. The company plans to use the funds raised for market expansion, to strengthen its product portfolio, and build data infrastructure across customers, brokers, and developers. Blox allows customers to make their home-buying experience seamless. It assigns a relationship manager to every potential homebuyer to assist with virtual and physical site visits across the city.
