Proptech platform focused on resale Openhouse raises $2-M led by India Quotient Ventures

Gurugram-based proptech firm Openhouse has raised USD 2 million in a seed round led by India Quotient. The round also saw participation from angel investors including Mohit Gupta and Gunjan Patidar (ex-co-founders, Zomato), Gaurav Sharma (founder, SaaS Labs), and Ramanshu Mahaur (co-founder, Spinny).Founded in 2024 by Rahool Sureka and Ankit Khemka, Openhouse is developing a resale property platform for the residential secondary market. The platform offers features such as AI-based pricing, a 90-day sale guarantee, and end-to-end transaction management, covering aspects from buyer sourcing and home staging to documentation and legal support.The new funds will help the company enhance its technology stack, expand operations, and strengthen its transaction capabilities.
