Proptech platform Truva raises $9-M from Stellaris Ventures, Orios VP

Mumbai-based real estate technology platform Truva has raised USD 9 million in a funding round led by early-stage venture capital firms Stellaris Venture Partners and Orios Venture Partners. Myntra founder Mukesh Bansal, Livspace co-founder Ramakant Sharma, and PeerCheque co-founders Aakrit Vaish and Miten Sampat also participated in the funding round. The total capital comprised USD 7.3 million from equity sales and USD 1.7 million in venture debt from Stride Ventures.Founded in 2023 by Monil Singhal, Puneet Arora, and Ankit Gupta, Truva provides detailed property listings with insights and supports buyers with financing, paperwork, and registration.The company plans to deploy the capital to expand its presence in Mumbai and enter Delhi NCR and Bengaluru. The funds will also be used to enhance its real estate intelligence platform and support inventory-linked working capital for staging, legal checks, and transaction execution.

Between Jun 2024 and Dec 2025, Truva had attracted about USD 9 M from Stellaris Venture Partners, Orios VP, LogX Ventures, Mehta Equities, and angel investors including Mukesh Bansal.
