Proptech player Navanc raises Rs.6-Cr from GrowthCap Ventures, others
Bengaluru-based Navanc has raised INR 6 crore in its Pre-Series A funding round led by GrowthCap Ventures, Navin Kukreja, Gaurav Aggarwal, Prasanna Rao, and a group of angel investors from the Bay Area and the UAE.Navanc offers an AI-native banking infrastructure platform focused on real estate credit underwriting for secured lending products such as loan against property (LAP), home loans, and credit to MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises). Its product stack digitises and standardises property diligence, facilitating loan origination, revaluation, and portfolio monitoring.The newly raised capital will be deployed to accelerate product development, expand AI capabilities, strengthen the team, and deepen market penetration.
