Proptech player PropertyPistol raises $2.7 M to expand presence in UAE

Navi Mumbai-based proptech startup PropertyPistol has raised USD 2.7 million (INR 25 crore) in a pre-Series B round led by Ashish Kacholia, with participation from its existing investors.Founded in 2012 by Ashish Narain Agarwal, PropertyPistol brings together builders, brokers and customers across residential and commercial real estate for advisory and sale purposes. The startup will deploy the fresh funds toward expanding its presence in Dubai.Additionally, it will use the funds toward deepening its penetration and enhancing operational capabilities in the Delhi-NCR real estate market. It will also accelerate the development of its tech stack along with its syndication-driven distribution network to improve the experience of its customers, developers and channel partners.The firm is operational across over 30 Indian cities. It also runs a dedicated Dubai desk that functions as a cross-border advisory platform for Indian buyers in the UAE real estate market. It claims to have sold over 32,000 residential and commercial properties worth USD 4 Billion (INR 25,000 crore) in transactions in partnership with 400 builders over the last ten years.PropertyPistol last raised INR 45 crore in investment during a Series A round in 2023 from ICICI Bank, Barings Private Equity and CarDekho founder Amit Jain, along with Kacholia.
